With much love and appreciation we would like to THANK our young Girl Scout donor. Mary Beth Mihevc is a 14 year old McHenry East High School Freshman that shared her inner G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader) with GQNRC. Mary’s initial goal was to raise 600 dollars to donate to the center. In three to four weeks, Mary was able to raise more than double of her projected goal. With this, she put together summer baskets for 60 of our students and donated the remaining funds to help with other supplies at the center.
Thank you Mary for choosing GQNRC and for being an inspiration to all our young students and our Girl Scouts at the center. For more photos, visit our Facebook page!
